Zoo Administrator - (Fred Willard) He informs Ross that Marcel has died, but is later revealed to be lying, attempting to cover up the fact that Marcel had been stolen by thieves who had broken into the zoo in order to avoid bad publicity. He appears to be a very nervous person, as he made a number of ridiculous comments in his conversation with Ross while trying to remain calm and tell lies.
