Phoebe Abbott (Teri Garr) — Phoebe's birth mother. Phoebe tracks her down in "The One at the Beach", believing her to be a friend of Lily's. She reveals her parentage at the end of the episode and makes amends with Phoebe in "The One with the Jellyfish". In "The One with Phoebe's Uterus" (Season 4, 1998), she lends Phoebe her dog to demonstrate how difficult it is to give up children after carrying them.
